Return/Exchange Policy
You may return your item within 14 days from date of receipt for a complete refund (less shipping costs) to the same credit card on which it was purchased. You can also exchange your purchase up to 30 days after you received the original purchase. All items must be returned in the original packaging. If you have any questions, please email us at sales@snugaboo.com. Return your purchase in the original exterior packaging, well packed and insured for the full price of the order. Include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase and ship it to the following address:

We do not accept returns after 30 days from receipt of purchase.

Gift Wrapping
Crushtown, LLC and Snugaboo.com prefer to use as little packaging as possible to be kind to the earth’s resources. We would be happy to attach a small gift card with your personal note and a small Snugaboo bow if you like for an additional charge of $2.00.

Shipping Schedule
Orders placed by 12 Noon CST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship from our warehouse within 3-4 business days (usually quicker). Express shipments can be quoted for Next day, 2-day or 3-day shipping, the express costs quoted online are just a quote and at times there are additional costs, since we need to ship so quickly we can't always get a hold of you to let you know of the additional costs so you should know that express shipping can be more expensive. Please call us to be certain we can complete your rush order. All regular ground orders are not subject to these extra costs and what is quoted is the actual cost of shipping.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the total order weight and size and the method of delivery that is chosen during checkout.

Backorders
If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order. We will inform you via e-mail, and we will do our best to fulfill your order. If this is not satisfactory, we will give you a full refund.

Sales Tax on Purchases
Minnesota residents will have sales tax automatically added to their retail order. If Crushtown, LLC and Snugagoo.com are not collecting your state’s or country’s taxes, you are expected to comply with your state’s or country’s current sales tax laws regarding purchases over the Internet.

Damaged Shipments
Please call us immediately at 612-226-3842 or email us at sales@snugaboo.com and we will process a claim and/or replacement. FedEx usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. Crushtown, LLC and Snugaboo.com MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
