To request a vendor account please sign up for a Snugaboo.com store account and be sure to check the box marked "I would like to request a Vendor Account." Fill out all of the account information with your company information, including contact name and email.

To complete your wholesale account registration, please download and fill out this Certificate of Exemption ST3 form. After completing the ST3 form, please fax it to 612.435.4826. After receiving this ST3 form along with your wholesale/reseller account application we will review your submitted registration and notify you by email when your account is approved.
